Free street parking is available on Cumberland Drive. Please refrain from parking on the clinic driveways.

The nearest train station is Bexleyheath which is a 4 minute drive away and 20 minute walk to the clinic. Alternatively Abbeywood Station is a 5 minute drive away and 30 minute walk from the clinic. You can also reach us by bus, the nearest bus stop is on King Harold’s Way. The 422 bus stops here. Alternatively you can use google maps to check the route from your address by bus.

Our clinic is based inside 111 Pilates, 111 Lee Road, Blackheath, SE3 9DZ. This is located just up from Blackheath village, approx 2 minute drive. We’re an 11 minute walk from Blackheath station and Circle Blackheath Hospital.

111 Pilates centre has free parking for up to 5 cars on a first come first serve basis. There is paid parking options directly opposite the clinic and some free parking on nearby side roads.

The nearest train station is Blackheath station, offering links directly to and from London Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. As well as trains to Lewisham, Kidbrooke and Kent (Dartford, Woolwich, Bexleyheath and Welling). Alternatively, you can also reach us by bus directly from Blackheath Village or Blackheath station to our clinic.
